the dirty little secret is that you can get on disability and collect more per month than if you waited till age 65...IT PAYS BIG TIME!
As a nurse, I saw it ALL the time in the hospital. People would have perhaps something wrong with their pinky finger ...and would, therefore, “need” to on disability.
It’s the New Welfare.
And it wasn’t just African Americans, believe me. All races, all genders, all types, and ALL ages, young and old. In fact, more young than old from what I could see.
I mean, come on — why work?
A society that encourages people to be useless isn’t doing them a favor...
