It won’t stop the wailing or the teeth-gnashing because Rubio’s skin is brown (which I personally think is the REAL issue here), but if he was indeed born in Florida (he was), he carries the CITIZENSHIP of the United States of America and all of the rights and privileges thereof and, due to the place of his birth, he gets the opportunity, if he so chooses, to run for President or be VP.

Think anchor-babies people. It’s not a stretch.

Rubio is a U.S. Citizen by virtue of being born under the jurisdiction of the United States in the State of Florida, which makes him a U.S. Citizen by the act of a statute and not by the nature of his birth to two U.S. Citizen parents in the jurisdiction of the United States required to qualify as a natural born citizen owing no allegiance at birth to any foreign sovereign. Rubio is forever barred from the Office of the President and the Office of the Vice President because he was born with the natural born citizenship and allegiance to the sovereign government of Cuba inherited from his Cuban citizen parents. Rubio’s rights as a U.S. Citizen include eligibility to the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, and Cabinet positions; but his rights do not and cannot ever include Constitutional eligibility to the Office of the President or the Office of the Vice President of the United States. Refusal to respect the Constitution and defy it may be punishable as a High Crime and Misdemeanor against the republican form of government mandated by the U.S. Constitution.
