I wonder if there are lesser included charges. That was the problem with the Casey Anthony trial, the prosecution went for it all with no lesser charges for them to consider. The problem was their prosecution was so lame. Do you think that this prosecutor went to school on that and realized aiming too high would be the political way out?
I just don't see any evidence to prove that this was anything but self defense. I would hate to see a jury settle for a lesser offense just to appease the gods of racial divisiveness.
That is absolutely not true. THe prosecution had multiple lesser charges in the Casey anthony case, even manslaughter and child abuse.
