With a Jury, all he needs is one person out of 12 to believe he is NOT GUILTY of Murder and he walks. I just don’t know if any juror in America would have the balls to be the lone hold out and face the wrath of the New Black Panthers and the Obama White House Lynch-mob.

No. If one insists on not guilty, then it is a hung jury, and the prosecution and get a new trial.
