Theres only one problem....The gun in question is not a firearm, it is a replica that fires 8mm blanks and therefore he cannot be charged with brandishing a firearm.How about reckless endangerment then?

How can it be endangerment if what the teacher did didn’t put anyones life at risk? Emotional distress is not endangerment.
