John Tyler (President 1841-1845) was in the Confederate Congress when he died.

The Internet says he was declared a "sworn enemy of the United States," though it's hard to say what that means or how you get the title.

Tyler, who was born in 1790, is best known now for having a grandson still alive (he and his son both married and had children when they were over 60 years old).
