Ah. Has there been a change from yrs ago in the degrees? The RN’s I know (who are over 50) have 4 yrs of college.
I couldn’t say. All I know is that my local community college offers RN degrees in that much time. The difference may be between straight class time and one’s practicum, or hands on training, in the hospital. It seems that there are more degrees now than then, like HHA, LPN, RN, BSN, LNP, etc. It’s bewildering!
