They just need to slip something in there about ‘In hopes to get the message across, we are assessing every Californian the tax for 18 cartons of cigarettes.’ There - the unions and politicians can continue embezzling from the people of California, and those who love Mommy Government can ‘strike another blow’ against evil tobacco.
