But if I am reading this right, even if you are registered to vote via the federal form - you still need to show valid ID to get the ballot to vote with. Doesn't look like a loophole to actually vote.

Absentees, vote-by-mail, dead voters all manage to bypass voting in person. Obama would love 2 million illegal registrations in Texas, in Houston and Austin where local officials will organize the vote. I may still be voting in Chicago - I suspect my grandfather is.
