It could apply to the deposed leaders of the Arab Spring countries; or it might be a warning to black leaders who either graft like crazy when elected, to just those who support policies they ran against. Then again it could be a passive threat to the “white devils” he so hates.
Remember that Farrakhan is a very mixed bag. He sends his followers into black neighborhoods to chase out drug dealers; while at the same time the bizarre American Islam he leads is utterly perplexing to other Muslims.
