Only one has a chance of defeating Obama.
Agreed
And I come from a state (Mass. as it turns out) where
folks like Romney and Brown are considered “far right
Rethuglicans” by many, though each managed to get elected once. I am grasping for straws. No Obama, no Liz Warren, no way. Of course in terms of the electoral college, Mass will probably go Obama’s way but I’m making my own statement. I know I’m in the vast minority here.
Questions:
—How does FR feel if Romney wins? (In all honesty during his term or terms, his “feet will be held to the fire”)
—What if he picks a running mate like Rubio (though I think I heard he doesn’t want it?), Palin, etc.? Maybe
he still won’t get support
—I don’t seem to hear anyone on the left saying, “Obama
is a DINO! He isn’t leftist enough for me. I won’t vote for him, even if it means that crypto-fascist Romney gets in.”
Mark Steyn’s new book has some sort of analogy about a train heading for a cliff, representing government spending. Do you stop the train a few yards before the abyss, or do you proceed at “Obama-crous speed” over the
side? I want to stop the train.
I want to stop Obama.
Don’t worry folks, in his second term he’ll get the Congress to repeal that amendment restricting himself
to two terms. He could run for a third, and win. By then
maybe it’ll be like Hitler, only one party will be allowed. Guess which one.
