Helmets, body armor, and LBE is necessary for marching?? I thought it was for protection and distribution of weight (i.e. water and magazines). Militia rarely do much marching anyway. That’s the nature of the militia. But, they do need to move and not get wounded.
A disorganized mob cannot carry out a corrndated attack. That being said it is my understanding that it is the propose of the militia to defend their homes and not fight like regular professional solderer.
To instead rely heavily upon home field advantage and ambush. If you want to be of uses perhaps becoming better famalure with the natural military features of your area might be proodent and fun too if your into hiking.
