It looks like Sarah Palin is planning to attend the Republican National Convention in Tampa this August or is at least planning to be in the general vicinity.
Financial disclosures from Palins political action committee, Sarah PAC, show a $4,500 deposit has been placed at the Channelside Bay Mall in downtown Tampawalking distance from the Tampa Bay Times Forum, the site of the 2012 Republican National Convention......"

LOL. What? You mean screeching about Satan isn't enough?
Typically I find the loudest, most strident keyboard commando's on message forums are actually doing.....absolutely nothing to advance conservatism where it counts in real life. Rarely are they really involved at the local or state level, rarely do they attend party meetings, etc, etc.
Yes, indeed. It will come down to Romney or Obama. Nothing there for a conservative, but working at the local level at least offers a foundation or a base to work from. And make no mistake, those of us at the local level are working and praying...and not being hysterical..
Exactly.
LOL. Palin is not going to be nominated at the convention.
1. All sorts of people and organizations rent event space in party convention cities who aren’t necessarily going to have a role in the convention itself. I hope she does. I think she should. I’d love to see it. I’m not optimistic, based on what I’ve seen.
2. If the GOP were smart, they’d have her speaking at the convention. But then, if the professional class of the party and the conservative movement were really smart, she’d be the last speaker the last night. If you get my drift.
She is ABO and will have a prime time speaking slot.
I’ll believe it when I see it. If so, I hope it becomes a “Reagan 1976” moment....that’s when the delegates leave the convention center saying “Dang, she should of been our nominee!”
Palin or Romney? Does it mater? This election will be more about race than the economy. If not, it will be a contest between intellect and stupidity. With 80% of the less than HS education vote going to Obama in the last election I would expect it to go there again.
