I have kept my nose out of this fight until now. I am a montly contributer and agree with 99% here. I have given $100 to Cain and $350 to Newt. This money as I told my wife is for our future. Meaning getting the Marxist out of the White House.

I am in the Coal Industry and if he isn’t out by January of next year I will never retire. I bought 13,000 shares at $60 and now it is $10 due to his regulations.

For anyone to tell me not to vote for the Republican nominie can kiss my ass. This man Obama is destroying our country and anything I still have for a retirement. My kid’s and grandbabbies are screwed. Don’t vote for Romney (if he is the guy) and show everyone.........not in my house! This is not Concord or Bunker Hill. We have a Republic that is being taking over by a communist.

Over the last week I can’t believe the way this site has turned. The F/U’s are flying from the boss and I never thought I would see that day.

I have been loyal to the cause here, but if the Mod’s and Jim fill it is time for me to move on, so be it. This is my life and my kid’s.

I love my Country more than Free Republic.

What you do and who you vote for and why is your business, but I’m here to tell you that I absolutely will not give my consent or support or vote to a baby murdering, homo agenda pushing, gun grabbing, liberal judge appointing, global warming hoax pushing, amnesty pushing, big government tyrannical socialist healthcare authoring enemy of Liberty!!

And I too am committed to working until they day I die. I already have no other choice.

Which BTW will ‘still’ go tho hell when Romney’s Global Warming BS gets into the Oval Office. Or hadn’t you thought that far?

A lot of conservatives simply will not vote for a leftist progressive liar, and who could blame them? I would never be able to vote for Mittens in good conscience.

He cannot excite the base and he isn’t going to steal any liberal votes from Obama. He was the desginated loser by the GOPe.

Don’t vote for Romney

It is disingenuous or a flat out blatant lie, to state that Jim Rob or anyone else here is instructing you how to vote. That is your own decision.

If you have been following Jim's posts, I think he has stated two points as I understand them-

- He stated his own personal decision to not vote for Mitt. I know it rankles some of you, but that is his decision and he is free to do with his vote as he pleases.

- He stated that he does not want anyone using the resources of FreeRepublic to campaign for Mitt. Again he is free to make that decision for his website, as promoting a progressive goes against everything he has stood for all these years. It is also a good business decision, because that would dilute or spoil the brand of FreeRepublic. It is after all a website for conservatism, not conservatism and liberalism on alternate days.
