5 RINOs like Graham, Snowe, Lugar, etc. got us Kagan because if Republican opposition was united, she could have been filibustered. It's time to fight for REAL conservatives and not waste any effort helping RINOs.

A federal judge can have influence for decades. I shudder to think who Obama will appoint should he get four more years.
