The Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) regulations that President Obama announced last summer will make it impossible for 7 million lower income consumers to buy a new car according to a National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) study released today.
While you can mandate what automakers must build, you cant dictate what customers will buy, nor can you dictate if a bank will make a loan, New Mexico Ford dealer Don Chalmers said today.

This green clown and his flying monkeys are pure RED. It all makes sense, even the result of mixing green and red together.

Printed money will be lent to people at 0-1% interest to purchase cars. What’s the problem? /s

But, but, but, without affordable transportation I wouldnt be able to carry many of my guns on public transport! We would not be able to mobilize and transport ourselves to the battlefront of some national emergency! Surely, our benevolent government does not intend those consequences. Do they?No need to give up your transportation - just live in your vehicle. Under Obamanomics, many people can't swing the cost of both home and car, so must choose one or the other. Then you can drive to the battlefront without having to pack.

It fits nicely into their Agenda 21 UN plans to trap everyone in the crap cities where people are discouraged from having children and old people are routinely beaten to death for sport as in England. Their vision is the Clockwork Orange type world.
Yup. And along the sdame lines, someone asked that if Sarah Palin is being irresponsible for going out working while raising five children, and Ann Romney is unsuitable experienced for staying at home to raise five children, how can conservative women be considered acceptable? The establishment's answer: Don'thave the five children.

I was fascinated by the many different makes that were available there.
That's cause they won't sell them here because they don't want to have to deal with our CAFE standards and other government regs.

obama has a “dream” of all Americans driving little white egg shaped cars with big keys, solar panels, and wind generators on top.
Is there anything that this farce of a president hasn’t done that doesn’t erode the American economy?

While you can mandate what automakers must build... Can anyone point to the part of the Constitution that grants Congress the power to legislate what auto manufacturer must build? If you accept that Congress has this power then surely you will accept further degradation of the Constitution.
Who really thinks Obama and his enablers would allow that pesky Constitution to stand in the way of their socialist agenda for America?
