I must revise that-there is one exception-South Africa-which is minority white. Its government was white. Hard to believe that when the Dutch settled SA there were no blacks there. Just a few Hottentots and Bushmen but NO BLACKS. They didn’t start their push south till Shaka became the ruler of the Zulus far to the north and began to push Blacks south.
