Your post contains the reasons why I think the best that can be attained is a hung jury, if it goes to trial. Some members of the jury will vote guilty no matter what evidence is presented.

Tiger, Tiger, burning bright,
the handwriting is on Zimmerman's Wall.... at least for a long dark legal night.

The Holder-Protected New Black Panthers will put a price on the head of every juror, every court official including the judge, and the defense attorney.

This one will take years to sort out, just as the convictions on "Civil Rights" charges did in the case of the LAPD Sergeant who saved Rodney King's near-worthless life. Juror intimidation was rampant in that one, too. Blame it on George H.W. Bush, The Wimp in the White House at the time.

The Federal Government is now against Zimmerman. + IMNSVHO, this is NOT a "Stand Your Ground Case." It is rather a Self-Defense Case. Those facts released so far (www.sanfordfl.gov) seem to indicate that Z was attacked by M.

BTW, I urge everyone to actually read the dispassionate, factual, and extremely logical report released by the Sanford City Manager, Napoleon Norton. BTW, he is black.

Betting time.

Foreman of the jury will be an African American either on Welfare or a Government employee. Hope for one white juror brave enough to report juror intimidation.

And they need 6 levels of protection.

I don’t think Sam Waterson would have gone even as high as Man 1.

If they cannot get this tossed at the prelim phase, why would a bench trial before the same judge work?

Some say this will be a win for o turd, but in Fl, he already has about 95% of the black vote so what is to gain??

Frankly, if the hispanics see this as some kind of black verses hispanic thing and that gets laid at the feet of “if I had a son, he would look like Travon, it may be a good thing for the Mexican candidate.

“Remember the O. J. Simpson case with the right jury the evidence and facts are meaningless especially if the case is racially charged.”

Zimmerman should get the same benefit O.J. did, a jury of his peers.

Yes this is a deliberate overcharge. The prosecutor has no case and they know it but they need to mollify the blacks and MSM. At least when it gets kicked out or Zimmerman gets acquitted they can say they tried. If they were serious about a conviction they would charge negligent homicide or manslaughter.

Will this have any affect on how people notice things that go on in their neighborhood? Is this more likely to have neighbors just walk away when they see something suspicious or even witness a crime being committed? How many times have you heard of a raped or death in New York and no one lifting a finger to help? Is this the kind of society that we want?

When/If George Zimmerman is found Guilty of anything, there is already an appeal issue that will GUARANTEE his verdict being overturned!
The Prosecution has tainted the proceedings during the investigation and bringing of the charges. His lawyer,O’Mara, in bond hearing today can bring it up but probably will not. If he did the Judge would have to rule in his favor.
O’Mara will probably not play that card now.

Things need to be looked at in Florida. The attack on neighborhood watch groups might cause a healthy backlash...

The majority of police 'protection' in Florida's large cities is given to black neighborhoods.

While police babysit black neighborhoods, honest citizens are forced to pick up the extra costs of providing for their own safety and protection - having to buy home Security Systems and form neighborhood watch groups.

This is wrong.

Neighborhoods should get equal police protection. We should pay for what we use - just like water or electricity. If people in the black community want to leave their outdoor hoses running - and not fix the faucet leaks in their homes - fine. But I don't want to have my water bill 'averaged' with theirs.

Same for police protection. If the black community becomes more lawless without 24/7 cops - ( hard to believe) they can install home security systems and create their own 'watch' teams. OR they can pay extra for police protection - BECAUSE I'M SICK of paying for cops to babysit their communities...

White guilt vote. Probably 90% of whites have fallen for the media myth version of the case.

It’s not the type of society WE want, but it is exactly the type of society that the thugs want. If they can get us law abiding folks to shut up, look away and not take action to defend society from them and their criminal behavior then they win. It’s why criminals fight to make gun control stronger and stronger. They know that it won’t effect them when they want to arm themselves, but it makes their victims less likely to fight back with any chance.

While we gun owners often say “an armed society is a polite society”, the thugs believe that “an unarmed society is safe easy pickins”.
