That's not how radiation treatment works. I know. I have had radiation treatments for my cancer. It's like holding your hand over a flashlight and shining it through your hand. When you turn the flashlight off your hand no longer has the red glow of the flashlight shining through it. There is no radioactivity in your body as a result of x-rays or any other form of external beam radiation.
Most likely, the massive doses of radiation that Chavez is getting in Cuba will kill him of radiation poisoning before the cancer does. Hugo shouldn’t be making any extended plans IMHO.
