One good thing is that Obama is SO bad that it really helped create the Tea Party and the 2010 election victories, which did more to terrify the GOP-e than anything else. He’s a living, breathing wedge issue. And if we make enough gains in Congress we can perhaps filibuster his judges. We never did get our revenge for Bork, did we?

This is what I don't understand - how is it that huge numbers of dissatisfied conservatives sit home and yet we gain seats in the Congress? That's not going to happen. If Romney truly is the disaster in waiting predicted here, then we can write off the Congress, because Obama will have coattails as he cruises to reelection.
