It certainly won't elect anyone. What's more, it won't help UN-ELECT anyone.
So what's the point of a write-in vote for someone who isn't running?

Writing in TEA Party conservative, Sarah Louise Palin makes more sense than voting for either the Marxist or Romney; or for that matter, any Third Party fringe with no chance of winning.
