You’re WRONG. A prosecutor represents the law of the state and if someone violates the law they file charges and there is a judge and defense attorney who makes sure the state is not violating the accused rights during the process. Prosecutors are not suppose to be the advocate for the so-called victims, but for the law.
snarkytart, I am not saying you are wrong. You are right in saying the prosecutor represents the law. Absolutely. But please read my above post. In addition to representing the law....please know I am not saying your interpretation is not accurate..it just needs to go one step further. And again, it is not just this prosecutor, it is all.
