I was around then, paying taxes, but I can’t remember when half the country was exempted from paying taxes. Who did that?
I thought everyone had to pay social security and medicare, 15.3% from the first dollar earned. Unless it is “unearned income”, of course.
I thought everyone had to pay social security and medicare,....All my life the Democrats said SS, Medicare was NOT a tax, it was a contribution. Now, when they want to destroy both, they ask for a cut in the payroll tax. Why am I confused?
