You need to do a little more research....if Z had gone “all Charlie Bronson”....he would have chased the little thug down....he was returning to his car and didn’t know where M was (as he stated on the recording with the police)...when he was hit by M....that’s ONE story.....sure, there may be other stories, but before CONVICTING him, you might want see all the facts get out.
