So if the evidence shows that the white neighborhood watch guy was returning back to his car as per instructions from 911 operator and Trayvon who had noticed that Zimmerman had been following him. And then Trayvon becomes the agressor an beat the white kid before being shot...then you will investigate for a hate crime?
