The District of Columbia Board of Elections opened an investigation Tuesday after an undercover video posted online showed an activist against voter fraud going into a Washington polling station and beginning the process to vote under the name of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.

“I still can’t believe IDIOTS elected the creep-in-chief.”
If only they were just IDIOTS.
They’re adolescent, psychotic, indoctrinated revolutionaries who think they’re brilliant, intellectual and vastly superior to the rest of humanity.
They look upon the Constitution as some sort of stupid piece of paper that has no meaning and they depend on their Progressive leaders to feed them their talking points.
They are revolutionary solidarity in action.
IMHO
I’d imagine that the DC election board will conduct a cursory investigation, just so they can say they did, before quietly burying this as deep as they can.
First, O’Keefe clearly didn’t break any laws, because he never said he was actually Holder, nor did he sign and accept the ballot.
Second, an indictment would give us exactly what we want and what they really, really don’t: a public trial by jury where O’Keefe (and his lawyers) would have the power of discovery. DC really doesn’t want to open the door for a latex-glove/prostate exam of how they conduct elections.
Agreed, but it won't matter.
Spanish company will count American votes overseas in November
Never waste a good crisis.
Precisely!!!
I’d like to see them TRY to prosecute this one. No law has been broken.
Just the law of making Obama look stupid.....
No law has been broken.
At least they’re giving the story some legs.
Has the LSM blacked-out the story?

Howie?
Indeed.
I don't know about D.C., but in Texas it's unlawful to take pictures or video in a polling location.
James O’Keefe is a brave and smart young man. I’m sure he will prevail. I haven’t heard a PEEP of this story even on Fox. So much for fair & balanced.
Accdg to the report I read, O’Keefe didn’t even touch the ballot.
Can you imagine what would happen if a bunch of people showed up very early on election day and claimed to be Holder, Obama, Biden etc etc etc and voted? Screams of ‘disenfranchisement’ would be heard from sea to sea.
I’m sure O’Keefe was counting on this as part of the plan. Dopes.
I think he means iD should be required

When the truth cannot be captured and darkness is forced upon us, satan and evil actions reign.
Change this stupid law.
Want to stop voter fraud? Then we need a 4473 style form and NICS background check for every voter at every vote.
If it passes muster to be able to exercise your Right to own a gun, then it passes muster to exercise your Right to vote.
I remember a few years ago it was ruled that one could claim to be a viet nam vet even they were not.
Then you could tell people your tragic story while you hit them up for spare change.
Anyhow, why can’t one claim to be Eric Holder?
It won't be hard to change if IF citizens find out about it.
That's why they're trying to shut down O'Keefe. Citizens have been spoon fed lies about how 'rare' cheating is... it's the official MSM line. Given to them by the folks who 'leak' all their stories to them... (Democrats)
Here's how vote scams are done: It's not the 'dead' that are voted (though they can be) - it's those people in a precinct who did NOT show up to vote who are voted. That's why 'motor voter' laws are so important for cheating - you don't need people to vote, you just need their names on the roles. Dems have been doing this for years.
If O'Keefe want to catch them, he needs to set up cameras in black inner city precincts in swing states - then show that 500 people went into vote but 3,000 votes were counted.
