Or maybe he just turned away for a couple of seconds. It’s possible that the child had been with him many times and it was just one of those freak accidents that can happen quickly.
The poor man will never get over this, nor will his wife and other children. So very, very sad.

Why is it always necessary for someone to be a jerk in these kinds of stories? Don’t understand how your mind works, that you would think that appropriate.

I felt sick when I heard about this tragedy on the radio earlier today. Chippers are real dangerous machines that can hurt you real bad. I've seen adults almost get pulled into the machine when their coat got hooked by a branch. That little boy didn't have a chance. What a shame.

Hate to say it - father is a moron . Indeed. What in the hell was he thinking letting a 6 year old anywhere near that thing?
He'll pay for his mistake every day of his life from now on. I can't imagine the anguish.
