I don’t see how .97 acre part way down a suburban street, with houses on both sides, backing up to the parking lot of a business on the main drag, is going to be desirable for a park whether it has a creek on it or not. Especially since there are already two good-sized parks nearby.

Because the city was approving development left and right without proper consideration to storm run off and flood control.

All the run off from those parking lots and new developments floods the streams and his lot was the corner lot formed by two creek branches. Which was going to get flooded over and over.

The quick and cheap fix was to get rid of the homeowner and take possession of the lot, designate it greenspace and not worry anymore.

He offered to sell it to the city and they declined.

The foreclosure was done by Equity Trust Company FBO 9191 IRA. I think I’ve decoded it For Benefit Of 9191 Individual Retirement Account. So find out the owner of the that IRA bought the lot as an “investment” and you’ll know who was behind this abuse of power.

Watch, it will be sold to the city at a profit by somebody with connections by blood or marriage to somebody in city government. I guaran-damn-tee it.

Just because somebody is paranoid doesn’t mean they don’t have real enemies. He’s exactly the type that is easily targeted because it’s easy to blame him for causing his own problems.
