I agree, because the larger issue is - do you want a government full of Obama's political appointees running everything - including his Czars? And do you want Supreme Court that gets tipped badly when two Justices retire in the next 4 years?

No thanks. Though Romney might not be perfect, who ever is a perfect candidate? Personally, I'd prefer Romney over Obama because at least I get a large cadre of Republicans running every Government agency. A respect for and understanding of our military might. And a court that tips 5-4 (or better) in my direction.

You cant possibly believe any of the conservative SC justices will step down if Obama is reelected.

But if Romney is elected then the Supreme Court will get tipped badly when two conservative Justices retire in the next 4 years and are replaced by liberal Romney appointees tipping the balance to the liberals for generations
