Thanks for this thread, I had just awakened from a nap and the first thing I saw was a thread saying “Let’s all get on board with Mitt now” (that wasn’t the title). I tried making a reply and found that it had been pulled and the URL to this thread was given.
Happy to see that you are a man of your word, not that I doubted it but that other thread and many of the replies agreeing with it were down right depressing. You have made my day on this day of bad news. Keep up the good work of NOT allowing this site to become a republican web site instead of the conservative one that it is.
Romney - NEVER!
Will Romney even slow the increasing global control of the USA? - Nope
Will Romney stop our schools from being little marxist factories? - Nope
Will Romney end the illegal invasion of America? - Nope, in fact he’ll probably want to legalize them and increase the flow.
Reply #188 was misdirected to you, it was meant for JimRob.
You, however, have my permission to just go ahead and read it anyway!
Aren’t I nice?
FR, by sticking with its philosophy, and standing by its morals, with thousands upon thousands of members, can indeed be a potent conservative wedge (maybe an ANVIL if you will), in this election season, seeing as how the cards are being played out. We cannot roll over and play dead and get screwed again, with the “Second Coming of Juan McCain 2012.” The definition of idiocy is continuing to do the same things but expecting different results. I would say a) the nominee should not be Romney somehow, and b) the nominee and the platform need to be air tight, solid CONSERVATIVE, not me-too Big Government RINOism taking our country in the same horrendous direction, albeit at a different, slower clip perhaps.
