A Romney-anybody ticket has never and will never be acceptable. Many of those sitting on SCOTUS are not spring chickens. Any Romney nomination to the Court has to be better than another o nominee.
We also need a filibuster proof Senate.

The thought of casting a ballot for Romney turns my stomach. However, a Romney sitting in the Oval Office will put us in a better position than now as long as we retain the House. But we will still have much work ahead of us.

What has the House done to stop Obama?... Nothing...and clearly they could have. So that argument holds no water concerning Romney either. Congress is willfully helpless to change the tide Obamas been on and Obamas certainly giving Romney lessons on how to go it alone without Congress.

Therefore Romney will adhere to his LDS leadership above anything the congress might say...it never goes further than lip-service.

So bottom line...will not vote Romney no matter who he chooses to run with him...and there's no guarantee if Newt's asked he'll accept. And I have no reasons to believe Romney will ask....on the contrary every reason to believe he won't, rather he has his own RINO team already selected....you can be sure of that.
