In fact, crime in Manhattan is very low compared to a couple decades ago. Chicago, though, is another story...

The problem is, they will not teach their kids not to smack the crap out of others when they get mad, because that is what THEY THEMSELVES DO when they get mad.
I believe the only policy left to deal with the blacks in this country is containment while they murder each other off. As a general group, they are extremely violent, they believe their anger allows them to murder other people without punishment, that any questioning of them is racist harassment and requires physical retaliation, and they are entitled to everyone else’s money via government redistribution and flash mobs stealing everything in sight from stores is totally okay for them to do. And they are continuing to teach their kids it’s okay to do.
Black on black crime. I’m not supposed to notice it lest I dis someone. Kinda like blacks calling each other ‘nigger’, but I cant join in on the fun because I’m not one??

That is the kind of statement that will be repeated outside the context of the discussion as an example to prove that FR is a racist forum. Though it does apply to a percentage (probably a substantial percentage) of the black population, tarring all with the same brush is no more right than "Reverends" Jackson/Sharpton/Farrakhan/Wright potraying us whites as the devil incarnate.
Regrettably, the black community has not been taught the old saying "if the shoe doesn't fit, don't wear it".
In my neighborhood, Hispanic kids with knife wounds show up at the hospital ER almost every weekend. Sometimes, their friends just dump them in the parking lot and leave. They very rarely “know” who stabbed them, or why, and getting the right identity for them is always problematic. As a people we were once understood to be both Moral and Religious. And George Washington and many other recognized the fundamental principles of Religion, Morality and Knowledge being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind. (Twice codified in the Northwest Ordinance)
What we have seen in the these reports from the Presidents own City of Chicago (where his political aspirations were honed) is evidence of what we as a people chose—when we decided to accept a secular nation and rejected the religion and morality President John Adams said our Constitution was made only for. When righteousness rules the nation is happy.

This really struck home with me. With the loss of GOD in the hearts of Americans, we have become no more than animals, only fit to be controlled like the animals we have become. This is what the left knew and why they have pushed so hard to remove God from America. What's left is only fit to enslave and control (to their benefit). We had been warned, and didn't heed, so now we face the fruits of our indifference and inaction...
I said as a general group. There are exceptions of course. But generally speaking common sense and crime statistics validate a containment course of action because they are self-destructing as a race. If they would actually try to change things instead of blaming everyone else for their self-inflicted problems I would suggest a different alternative.
In the late 80’s and early 90’s I worked with a guy that owned a repossession company in southern California.
We repossessed a lot of cars in the Watts, South Central, Boyle Heights and Whittier/La Puente areas. We are both white so just going into these neighborhoods at night was risky.
We would scout the area for the car we were looking for. If we found it we would go find a restaurant to wait at until 3-5 AM. Then it was safe to go get the car. We got paid $150-300 per car, (depending on the finance company we were working for), and on a decent weekend we would repossess up 20 cars.
We had a few close calls, but our SOP was that it was not worth getting hurt to repo a car, so if it got dicey, we just left. We could always get it on another day.
You are right, but when it is repeated as an example of racism those parts will be omitted. And darned few of those who see it will search up the original looking for context.
The old racial double standard is alive and well, unfortunately.
