Then we will fragment. Saying “if” there is a collapse reminds me of the old story about the man who falls from 100 stories up and as he passes a window on floor number 50 says to someone who is looking out, “So far, so good.” I do believe the collapse is underway and there is no stopping it.
I think that is a possibility, but also realize the other side of the coin. We continue down the slope to a police state.
