It is kind of surprising how many blacks are still in baseball since kids don’t play as much as we did when we were kids. For that matter its kind of surprising that there are still white guys in baseball.

Seems to be dying out.

We would regularly see them wearing rolled up old nylons for caps, rolled up paper bags, plastic bags - if they could get it to fit on their heads they would wear it.

Not seen so much anymore.
