It very well may have been a White shooter tho when I lived in Tulsa, that area was mostly Black. We moved in 74 so it may have changed.

I am actually fairly familiar with that riot tho I thought incorrectly that it was in the 30s.

Back around 1973 I worked for Social Security while waiting for an appointment to another agency.

An old Black guy who was applying for social security or maybe had some problem with it told me about it first hand. He said there were far more people killed than the official accounts. Among other things he said there were airplanes dropping “turpentine bombs” on them.
