If you don't think he's arrogant, then I'd hate to know the arrogant people you do know. He's one of the ten most arrogant individuals I've seen in politics, and I know a lot of people in the business, which is an arrogant business to begin with.

GWB was not my fav pres in history by a long shot because he made some serious strategic and economic miscalculations that a more conservative mind would have refrained from. But he always struck me as a decent human being. I certainly don't recall him using the powers of his office to book AF1&2 to take his best 300 friends on high end vacations, and certainly never recall Laura Bush doing anything like that. Can you imagine our current president clearing brush on his own lot. Or Bush I. And then there is RR.
