I thought the rules of these primaries were that after Super Tuesday all Republican primaries were to be winner-take-all. Before that date they were proportional. So Texas should be winner take all.

Florida was winner-take-all but they were penalized by getting only half as many delegates as they would have if they had played by the RNC rules. After the primary Gingrich tried to get the Florida delegates shared, but haven’t heard anything lately about that.
