Sounds like he was more upset that the white cops didn’t know who he was.

Forget the fact that he made an illegal turn and most likely had an illegal tint on his car.

Giving excuses for breaking the law is never a good defense when being pulled over either.

Since he seems to spend most of his time looking like this, the policeman probably didn't recognize him. He seems to have just the one character.

Wait just a darn minute.

Assuming the officer did ask why he made the illegal turn, and Perry did answer something along the lines of “to ditch anybody who might be following me”, and the ossifer followed up with “Why do you think someone would be following you?”; how is that exchange of questions and answers “Giving excuses for breaking the law”?
