When a concealed carrying citizen is attacked and defends himself they will be “unarmed” teenagers. If a person has his hands and feet with him he is armed. There is no such thing as a dangerous weapon, there are only dangerous people and almost anything can be a weapon in the hands of a dangerous person, even his bare hands.
I live 21 miles from downtown MPLS. I carry. I am smart enough to stay OUT of downtown mpls so I don’t have to be in a position where I am forced to use my weapon.
