IIRC, Zimmerman is telling the dispatcher “it’s f*cking cold”.

In a space between answering the operator’s questions what you hear is "F***in' c---." The second word is hard to make out. People were swearing he said 'F***in coon(s)." After a couple of enhancing processes it's pretty clear he's saying it’s “F***in cold.” According to some the weather was unseasonably cool that night.
