Three pages, single spaced, given hundreds of Ovomit’s sycophants working in the Department of Injustice, is nothing, not even a minor inconvenience. Too bad the judge doesn’t have the power to order Ovomit to write it himself. It would consume his time until the election is over, and be unreadable. Surveillance would be needed to make certain Bill Ayres didn’t sneak in a copy. As it is, I’ll be surprised if the three pages don’t arrive at the judges office on a teleprompter.
As I understand it, the justices in this case said they wanted this document from the AG. At least the order was directed towards him.
