Amen...and may I suggest 1-10kt neutron bombs to start off with?
Every rocket after a nuclear response will be "dialed up" 10kt until the terrorism stops.
BTW: this is supposedly a KH-11 satellite photo of a Chinese 1kt neutron bomb over a remote orchard dropped by a JH-7 aircraft from 10,000 feet. The airburst showered the area with deadly neutrons (dark area) and doing limited damage to the buildings 3,000 feet below the 300m wide fireball.
