Not denying that Larry offered a lot of useless counsel in Bush v Gore but the loss belongs strictly to David Boies and his attempt to run a garbage truck through a sinkhole in Florida's election laws.

As far as I'm concerned, that ruling was Divine Intervention, and I'm not surprised He stuck Tribe with the loss!
