People used to know where the “bad” parts of town were, and that you should avoid the “bad neighborhoods”...not really a lot of discussion WHY they were “bad” neighborhoods, but everyone...just...KNEW. Today’s youth is raised on a lot of PC liberal pacifist bullshiite, and they are sitting ducks for thugs.

Not to mention alot of formerly nice apt complexes in nice neighborhoods and gone Sec. 8, and as they say...there goes the neighborhood (and schools)
Parents won’t risk their kids in those schools, up go the for sale signs and the schools resegregate, and the cycle continues.
