Can NBC be charged with a crime? I want to know because the so-called news media have deliberately lied so very often and have done so very much damage by their lies. Can they be fined by FCC or something? we can't expect them to clean up their act if there is no punishment.

Probably not but as others have suggested Zimmerman has a good case for Libel and a reasonable chance to win.

Same with ABC and the deliberate distortion of the head wound.

However, even a loss in court for libel would not stop these Saul Alinsky fueled dishonest journalist from promoting their agenda.

If FOX could return with gusto as a viable alternative and not just an Odumbo Lite (Mitt) cheerleader that is how you punish the Marxist Main Stream Media. You punish them in the ratings.

There has to be some other conservatives with some wealth who would like to help this country with an HONEST STRAIGHT up NEWS network to offer some reasonable balance to J school communist journalism.

Rush, Glenn and the former FOX News proved you can make a lot of money exposing the Marxist Main Stream Media and I am sure there is more viewership out there should someone with means decide that they have to stop this slide towards Marxism.

The MSM created the narrative on Zimmerman and Martin, and it won't matter how many facts come out--the original version will be the "truth" for most people.

If a jury acquits Zimmerman, or the grand jury fails to demand a trial, we can expect widespread rioting...unless Zimmerman is killed first. Of course if Zimmerman is exonerated he will still have Holder going after him on "civil rights" charges and probably Trayvon's parents suing on civil charges.
