The real gap is the marriage gap. The so-called gender gap is mostly caused by single women. Married women are more Republican than single men. The biggest gap of all is between single men and single women.

My sister-in-law, a terrific person, always voted Dem until she married my brother and brought a son in the world. She has used words such as “embarrassed” when she remembers some of the libs she help elect.
