An "outraged" Florida prosecutor fired back on Monday at the family of Trayvon Martin, describing as "outright lies" their account that he and a local police chief met and decided not to follow a detective's advice and arrest the teenager's killer. ...
In the letter delivered Monday, the Martin family said that a Sanford police detective "filed an affidavit stating that he did not find Zimmerman's statements credible in light of the circumstances and facts surrounding the shooting."
The family said Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee and State Attorney Norm Wolfinger met the night of the shooting and disregarded the detective's advice, letting Zimmerman go.
Neither Sanford police nor prosecutors have confirmed the existence of such an affidavit, which ABC News first reported. Sanford officials and special prosecutor Angela Corey's office declined comment.
But Wolfinger, who stepped aside in the case last month, vehemently denies that any "such meeting or communication occurred" between him and Lee.

Their Chickens Are Coming Home To Roost!
What a deadly serious farce this is.
I can’t wait for the comparison - contrast between how Holder investigates this case and how he has handled the Fast and Furious case and the investigation into the murder of two Federal officers from these weapons from Fast and Furious
Analysts: Questions surround 911 call analysis in Trayvon Martin case - CNN - April 2, 2012
But the analysis poses some questions, legal analysts say, including whether it would be ruled admissible in court if charges are filed and the case goes to trial. ..Heh. Ask if it's reliable AFTER you publish the crap out of it. Pinheads. And CNN and HLN legal analysts Beth Karas and Sunny Hostin raised questions about what the public should consider regarding the conclusions reached. ...
"I do think we need to take a step back, as with most of the facts in this case, and look at it the way the court would," Hostin said. "And that is by asking if the circumstances of how, and if, the test was done, OK, and wait to determine whether it's reliable."
I think the truth will come out. But the media has half the population convinced the lie is true.
-- I do not think there will be a conviction for or against Zimmerman by any court. --
I think he's not going to be tried. The evidence the public has been fed by the media is "fiction," half truth. The investigators have alot more information than we do. I think there will be no charge brought.
-- I see another Rodney King event in our future... --
Yep. The deck is stacked that way, and the media will light the fuse. If not on this case, on another one; same template.
After reading the story, I’m not sure if Wolfinger is denying that he agreed that Zimmerman should be released, or he merely claimed that the meeting never took place. If the former, then I guess he’s saying that the police chief made the decision on his own. If the latter, then why bother to deny it? Who cares whether they had a meeting to decide this or just decided it over the phone, for example?
The state of Florida invited the Fen in on March 19th.
Obama has yet to even suggest to the state of Florida that Zimmerman be arrested.
The initial news reports of the shooting were all fabricated.

That says it all. Consider the source. They have no interest in clearing this matter up. Their interest is in further obscuring the facts.
I think what Wolfinger is denying is the totality: "describing as 'outright lies' [the family of Trayvon Martin] account that he and a local police chief met and decided not to follow a detective's advice and arrest the teenager's killer."
The big point there, at least from my point of view is "decided not to follow a detective's advice." Wolfinger appears to be denying that.
In addition, the way the article is phrased, it brings into question the existence of the Serino affidavit.
HEY, HONKY!
WHO YU GONNA BEELEEV?
ME? O YO LYIN EYES??
Nuff said, Rev. Al.
Regarding Owen and the audio “analysis:
Go to the ABRE website http://www.abreboard.us/ and find:
* Owens daughter is on the board.
* These guys think a BA (bachelor of the arts, i.e. a 4-year degree) is a big deal worth putting the initials after your name as if you are really cool by having one.
* The American Board of Recorded Evidence (ABRE) is an Advisory Board under the American College of Forensic Examiners (ACFEI).
* The copyright of the site lists ABRE, ACFEI and a Dr. Robert OBlock as owners.
Go to the ACFEI site that is helpfully linked and it amounts to a for-profit place that sells certifications and titles like Fellow and Diplomate.
http://www.acfei.com/diplomate_fellow/
Next, go to the Dr. OBlocks site, also helpfully linked, and the real laughs begin:
An international publisher and prime mover in forensics, psychotherapy, homeland security, and integrative medicine, Dr. Robert OBlock laid the foundations for open, comprehensive, and educational associations for professionals in forensics, integrative medicine, criminology, investigation, psychology, and spiritual psychotherapy. Dr. OBlock, a pioneering academic, founded the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, the American Association of Integrative Medicine, the American College of Forensic Examiners International, the American Psychotherapy Association, and The Society for The Cure of Souls.
Just LOL!
My take is that this Owen guy is full of self-made certifications that sound good to a dumb jury / dumb judge.
Looks like the Martin family is looking for a huge payday.
Possibly. But I think Wolfinger may be backpedaling a bit too. He wants to issue a denial in light of what happened to the police chief, but he’s got to word it carefully in order to avoid lying.
Holder? This piece of uneducated chunk of garbage couldn't investigate how a mouse would get out of a paper bag.
