If SCOTUS strikes nocare down, start listening for calls to impeach the most conservative members of the Court. Of course, calls for impeachment mean nothing unless the dems win back the House.
Until then it is nothing more than rhetoric.
Either way, I believe the groundwork is being laid for this very purpose.
