You are totally illogical.
Zimmerman didn’t accuse Martin of bashing his own hands on the walk, it was Zimmerman’s head that should be bruised, not Martin’s knuckles. Martin was hitting soft flesh (nose) and holding Zimmerman’s head like a ball as he bashed it on the walk.
Mortician’s findings fully corroborate Zimmerman’s testimony, and that of the eye witness.

Then how was the investigating officer able to observe Zimmerman’s condition and put it in his report?
.
Agreed, the injuries Zimmerman reportedly suffered do not require abrasions on the person who may be responsible for the reasons you described.
...............The Age of Bruise : A bruise heals by destruction and removal of the extravasated blood. The more vascular the area, the smaller the contusion, and the healthier the individual, the more rapid will be the healing. The red cells disintegrate by haemolysis, and the haemoglobin is broken down into haemosiderin, haematoidin and bilirubin by the action of enzymes. Factors affecting contusion colours include:
(1) depth of bleeding,
(2) amount of bleeding,
(3) environmental lighting, and
(4) overlying skin colour.
The colour change starts at the periphery and extends inwards to the centre.
At first : Red.
Few hours to 3 days : Blue.
4th day : Bluish-black to brown(haemosiderin).
5 to 6 days : Greenish (haematoidin).
7 to 12 days : Yellow (bilirubin).
2 weeks : Normal..............
