I love it. I have had some of the deepest discussions about faith, family and life while on long runs with my closest friends. I have seen some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I feel great. Lost weight and hope to keep running for many years to come.

I love seeing you 60+ers out running. I hope to be one of you some day.
